On July 3rd, Jiangfeng Group once again focused on work safety and held a special training meeting. Integrating the characteristics of high temperatures in summer and actual production needs, the meeting deployed key work in heatstroke prevention, cooling, and safety management. By refining responsibilities and strengthening measures, it comprehensively fortified the enterprise's work safety defense line.
The meeting made key arrangements for safety management during the high-temperature season, clearly giving top priority to employee health protection.
All departments are required to strengthen heatstroke prevention publicity, closely monitor employees' physical conditions, promptly urge rest, and resolutely avoid safety accidents caused by physical issues.
At the same time, it is required that heatstroke prevention supplies be prepared within this month to provide basic guarantees for employees. In addition, workshop inspections should pay regular attention to employees' conditions; once anyone is found unwell, arrangements must be made immediately for them to stop working and rest, so as to ensure the safety of personnel in high-temperature environments.
In terms of safety management, the meeting formulated a number of targeted measures.
For electrical safety, the electrical engineering team is required to conduct double checks on power rooms and charging lines daily.
For fire safety, the "5S" management standards shall be implemented to ensure that wardrobes and electrical boxes are free of dust accumulation, floors are cleaned daily, and dust collectors are checked twice a day.
For special operations, personnel in special positions such as painting must obtain certificates before taking up their posts, and training on standardized operations throughout the entire process shall be carried out.
To establish a long-term mechanism, the Group will refine safety responsibilities to each position and compile the 《Summer Safety Post Responsibility List》.
It plans to select 2 backbone staff to visit industry-leading enterprises to learn advanced experiences.
Meanwhile, it will launch monthly "Safety Model" selection activities to cultivate a culture of safe production.
This training meeting is both a deepened continuation of previous safety work and targeted arrangements to cope with the special summer environment. Jiangfeng Group will adhere to the principle of "prevention first, combination of prevention and control" and uphold the safety concept that "employee health is 1, and everything else is 0".
